This project consists of four vertical residential elements suspended in place by two cores above retail and public spaces all of which are oriented towards North-West to capture the sea view. The high rise building is broken down into a series of dynamic residential towers. The first two floors are allocated for retail spaces, followed by two glazed floors of public amenities. This causes the dominant residential towers to appear to be floating above ground.
The juxtaposed vertical elements vary in height, depth and individual identity yet are unified in architectural language and held in place by flanking solid cores. The broken down residential mass floats above the public realm overlooking the sea and the immense open garden across from the site. The staggered masses also allow for a variety of design combinations within each floor and a high level of privacy.
