Samira Hawamleh is the Tendering and Supervision Manager and Associate at maisam architects & engineers. Samira brings with her a diverse experience in construction and project management and coordination. She attended a group of courses on various technical and managerial aspects of the A/E profession including FIDIC contracts. Her strength lays in her ability to coordinate complex projects during the design, tendering and construction phases of the project. Additionally Samira has experience in preparation of tender documents including bills of quantities and specification writing according to CSI format and preparation of bills of quantities.
She was involved in intensive research on available construction materials in the local and international market in order to expand and update maisam's material data base. Her technical knowledge in structural and architectural detailing due to her combined design and construction experience accompanied with her thorough understanding of local and international building standards enables her to create customized specifications dealing with the finest details despite the complexity of the projects. Samira is involved in the contractor’s claims assessment and time impact analysis. She is also involved in the preparation of project management plans and procedures.
