The design of the future schools envisages a high-tech era of education in Egypt. Built on a clear modular base, using local resources and materials and yet rendering a contemporary look for the school. The area allotted for the school was pre-defined within a highly developed urban pocket thus maximizing built-up area while allowing for playgrounds and open spaces posed the main challenge for the design. This school is also proposed as a standard design for future schools in and around Cairo, the quality and execution of the design is in alignment with the success that Future Schools enjoys in Egypt.
