The site plan of the Community Center has emerged from an in-depth understanding and analysis of the existing urban morphology and social individuality of each emirate. Its main element is the turbulence created by flow forces like wind trajectory and water which leads to the development of a linear design with a free form landscape park acting as path crossing it.
