Atrium Commercial Building

The Atrium building designed in conjunction with its twin the Signature Building complements the Abdali Urban Regeneration Project in regulations and design guides and yet presents a fresh contemporary retail/office building of the latest standards. The building is located at the corner of two of Abdali's main thoroughfares, at the edge of both a commercial and a residential district and in a transitional zone between a public park and adjacent retail facilities. The building draws its name from its fully transparent corner atrium with its exterior - like interior design and finishes, a feature that brings the outdoors indoors and invites the public realm inside. The building has been designed in an environmentally friendly green approach, and currently is seeking LEED certification.
