Alma Residence

Villa Alma is built on a magnificent site located at the quality and serene neighborhoods of Fuheis which covers an area of approximately 2,056 m². A modern simple high end house that responds to the site and its surrounding views. The house is envisaged to be environmentally friendly through utilizing the land development potential while keeping the gross area at a minimum, implementing energy saving concepts and systems, and responding to the site’s natural context and a local (eastern) architectural setting. In addition to the house it self the project entails the development of a master plan that includes gardens, hard landscaped areas, swimming pool, and roadways and pathways, taking into consideration future expansion.
