The Atrium building designed in conjunction with its twin the Signature Building complements the Abdali Urban Regeneration Project in regulations and design guides and yet presents a fresh contemporary retail/office building of the latest standards. The building is located at the corner of two of Abdali’s main thoroughfares, at the edge of both a commercial and a residential district and in a transitional zone between a public park and adjacent retail facilities. The Bulding draws its name from its fully transparent corner atrium with its exterior-like interior design and finishes, a feature that brings the outdoors indoor and invites the public realm inside.   The building has been designed in an environmental friendly green approach, and currently is seeking LEED certification.

In line  with the design of its twin: The Atrium Building, the Signature building at the Abdali Urban Regeneration Project was developed to be a state of the art Shell & Core office/retail building that blends with the urban fabric of the Abdali development. The Planning of this building maximizes the site development potential and provides an abundance of well exposed commercial space, and well let fully served offices all arranged around a transparent façade atrium.
